Space
Inside the villa is bright and airy, with a fresh feel and natural, modern décor. There is an open plan living and dining area which offers 3 comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats up to 6 people and for indoor entertainment there is a smart TV and children’s toy area. The modern, stylish kitchen is off-set from the dining area; it comes fully equipped for your stay and includes an integrated oven, a separate hob, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and 2 coffee machines – 1 filter and 1 pod machine – perfect for making your preferred morning coffee. There is also a guest W/C on the ground floor.
There are 3 bedrooms; 2 doubles and one twin. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to a private balcony with views of the local area, it also boasts an impressive ensuite bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath and walk in shower! The 2 other bedrooms both share access to the main bathroom.
To the rear of the property is a conservatory which gives a real indoor-outdoor feel, it provides comfortable seating and gets a lovely sea breeze. The outdoor area is spacious with a wrap-around garden and fruit trees, there is an outdoor table for 6 guests, perfect for dining under the stars. Top up your tan on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the star feature…the hot tub!! A tranquil spot where guests can relax and enjoy the Cyprus weather with a glass of bubbly or cold beer! Simply perfect!
