Inside the villa, the living and dining area is spacious and has 3 sofas to relax on, with a satellite TV and a games console for entertainment and a dining table seating 6 guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with storage, cooking and cleaning facilities to ensure you feel at home. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and a twin room, perfect for families or friends. The double bedrooms both share a private balcony; providing an ideal space for a peaceful morning coffee, the master bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a modern family bathroom with a shower over bath.
The outdoor space is fantastic, especially for families wanting to enjoy quality time together in a private setting. There is a dining table to enjoy some al fresco dining, plenty of sunbeds to relax, and a stunning swimming pool to cool off from the hot Cyprus sun. There is even a small slide leading into the pool which will provide hours of entertainment for the children (and big kids) of the family.
Villa Thomas is a superb choice for those wanting to be close to a variety of beaches including the stunning Serena Bay, plus the many bars and restaurants in Pernera, yet have the option to enjoy your own private space.
Transit
Cyprus has a great public bus network with a bus stop just a few minutes walk. There are several route taking you in all directions from Pernera, to Protaras to Ayia Napa and even Larnaca. It is very inexpensive and is a great way to explore the island.
Neighborhood
Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.
Pernera’s main street winds its way down to the sea front, lined with many places to have a quiet drink and dine to your taste. The surrounding area is rich in sandy coves and beaches, ideal for soaking up the sun. Water sports are also popular in the warm and clear Mediterranean waters surrounding the town, with many companies operating along the sea front. Excursions by boat can also be arranged from the harbour. Pernera is ideal for families and couples who desire a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Pernera has easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Deryneia, and the resorts of Kapparis, Protaras and Ayia Napa. Although Pernera has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, we feel that a car is really essential for maximum pleasure.
